Brett came right on time to give his estimate. He was very professional. The installers were very professional as well. They also were on time. That means so much!!! We have had other projects that have been nightmares. The heater was installed in the time projected. The two young men who did the work were very nice and cleaned everything up. YEAH!!! Very good experience. Thank you for the recommendation.

I was impressed by Mr. Flanders team of effective workers. They had shown drive to start the job, in a timely manner. However, there was one young, impulsive, impatient worker that push me the wrong way,early in the morning of the project. All of the other workers were very helpful and courtious. The "team" was 15 minutes early at the job site, but worked efficiently and effectvely.Mr. Flanders had finished the installation by working untill 6PM. Thank you for the follow through work.

Were able to begin the job quickly (old furnace had a hole burned in the cabinet. They arrived when scheduled and completed the job in one day. That was good because the weather was rather cold. Passed city inspection without any problems. Working just fine.

Two men showed up on time,they were very freindly and started work never stopping until they were finished. They were hardworkers, then the owner showed up and made me feel as if my buisness mattered a nice feeling to have these days. Thank you very much Brett, Ernie, Rowell & Flanders Heating & Air
