Ty was easy to work with and very honest and efficient. He was not the cheapest, but since I was managing this from afar I needed someone I culd trust and Ty was that person. Did everything he said he would and met every deadline.

They showed up when they said they would and delivered a finished service as promised. One phone call and they came out and filled in the holes that had settled. Customer service is A++++

Fix My Slab leveled my home just as they said they would. They came when scheduled and did the job quickly. My only complaint is the quality of the finish work. The ground around the pier holes was not even and I'm going to have to work on that to fix it. Also the areas where concrete was removed, the finishing work looked crude and unprofessional. I may have to break out the concrete and finish it correctly. I believe that the finish work is the last thing that a customer sees and that this should receive appropriate attention. Having the proper tools and supplies to finish a job correctly would greatly improve over all customer ratings.

I was very pleased with Fix My Slab and especially Ty..... I was pretty stressed about all of this being a recent widow and Ty answered all of my questions with superb knowledge and professionalism.... he told what to expect, the time frame involved and eleviated any further concern on my part...all around, it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and.....I already have....thanks, Ty.....
