Very fast response to initial inquiry, and notified a plumber who got back to me within minutes. By noon, the problem was fixed.

Project: Install or Replace a Shower
Billy Byrnes was domineering and quickly attempted to verbally push me in to making a superficial repair that would need to be redone again. He gave me a large reduction in his first estimate of the cost of redoing my bathroom to encourage me to accept his poor assessment.

Margaret, I told you the correct way to do the job you said you did not have the money, I offered a short term cheaper fix. There was no large reduction, if was for a different repair to be done!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Bill from Fix-it Connection did everything I asked and more. I had done a bathroom remodel by myself and my wife wasn't happy with it. I contracted Fix-it to repair it. Bill was very professional and suggested a different way to solve problems. His work was thorough and complete. I was so satisfied I hired him to do my main bathroom upstairs, which his crew is working on right now.

Project: Install Drywall
Did the job as planned, on schedule with no lingering problems. Also gave me pointers on other jobs I was considering, which will allow me to (probably) do them myself. If I run into problems, I can always call Fix It to do the job. He works on the basis that the customer buys the materials and he provides the labor.

Project: Install Drywall
Billy was extremely good with his work quality and the pricing. He was extremely passionate about his work, and I am extremely pleased with the final outcome. In addition to fixing the drywall, I also contracted him to install recess lighting in my basement media room. Today, the room looks well lit and adds a different perspective to the entire basement. Now that I can contact him directly, I know I have, in him, an extremely reliable person whom I can depend upon. I will be contracting him in the future for other jobs in my house.
