I was a commerical contractor for years and wish I could of found an installor as good as the one we had install our home front door. He didn't have to figure any thing out he just went to work.

They offered the best windows, Simonton, at the lowest price. The installation of the 8 windows was very quick and professional. I received four estimates for my project. I almost signed a contract with Window World until I saw some reviews on them. They had a comparable price, but sold budget quality windows and sub-contracted the installation. I felt comfortable with the salesmen that called on me and they have master installers, but the price was that lowest too. It was an easy decision.

I used Five Star Installations to install a new frame and sliding door. They were not the cheapest bid or the most expensive but they were the most helpful and knowledgeable at explaining the different options I had. I was very pleased with the install. Did everything on time and showed up when they said they would. This to me is very important. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Our experience with Five Star was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and courteous and they did an excellent job of installing our windows. We would certainly hire them again and we have recommended them to all our friends and family. Believe me, if you need windows, you need Five Star Installations.

I give Five Star Instllations a Five star rating.They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. They were on time and did an excellent job intalling our door. It looks and fits perfectly as it should. Jim was our installer and he did us justice. It was art just watching him work. What else can I say?

Had a great experience with the office people. However, the installers broke both old windows into my house. They did try to pick up the glass and mess. However, I had to clean up after them. They also made a hole in the wall of my bathroom, and when I told the installer about it, he said that he didn't do it. I never received a follow up call/ email/ letter from the company to see how everything went. Overall I'm completely happy with my windows and would hire them again from my remaining windows. I just would like then to be more careful about removing the old windows and a follow up process.
