Upon contacting this company all communication was extremely professional and they were very responsive in meeting my expectations. I highly recommend this company for all garage door needs. Although this experience was to replace a garage door opener it was done timely and with an extreme level of expertise. I plan to enter into a contract for a garage door installation.

Tom was terrific. He responded promptly once Service Magic gave me the references. He was very informative and told me that the style I picked may not be ready for the next truck shipment (I had an oversize garage). He kept me informed every step of the way and installed the door shortly after it was delivered to him. I found him to be honest and trustworthy and would highly recommend him to anyone. I love my doors and Tom has to be one of my favorite contractors.

garage doors were re-installed after an addition. The garage dimensions had changed substantially. Excellent work. Great communication. They were able to do the work promptly at a reasonable price. Will use in the future when we will inevitably need to replace one or both of the openers.

They were terrific in every way. I must tell you I started with Home depot first and it was a disaster FIVE STAR DOORS came to my rescue. I spent two days at home depot and they could not figure it out and when they did it was more money.

Tom was fast, effecient, and knowledgeable. I asked Tom to install the garage door the next day, so he changed his schedule to accomodate my needs. I'm very pleased with the service.
