Unfortunately, this customer had lightning damage to a variable speed air handler. We do not stock these parts on our service van because they are very costly and have to be programmed by computer at the warehouse for each unit. After diagnosing the problem and procuring parts. Found out the warehouse has sold me a bad control module. By this time warehouse was closed, had to return following day with another module and motor. I did discount Labor for the inconvenience to this customer even though it was no fault of my own. Life is not always perfect and making everyone happy is almost impossible. But we try :-) Thank you for your business.

He had all the equipment and tools he need to complete the job in the time period that he quoted. He answered any questions that my wife and I had with a straight forward answer no guessing.
