Great service

Price was very competitive, quick response to request for service and job was completed thoroughly. Service to schedule appointment was easy and I would recommend Fito's for anyone who wants a nice clean-up at a very reasonable price!

They saved the day for me! I couldn't get my mower to start, the lawn was full of leaves, and they came out right away! Both Michelle, and Fito, are very nice people, and the work was excellent! I will definitely hire them next year for general fall clean-up work. Fito was done with my lawn in 30 minutes. Work that would have taken me 3 hours, if not more!

they came at 400pm and they were rushing through because it was getting dark. They did not do a spectacular job. There were still leaves around the trees and they did not get off the bushes. They were fair

(This is Michelle writing in response to this comment). We are so shocked to read this review! Fito met the customer when the job was finished and understood the customer to be completely happy with everything before she paid him. We always stand behind our work 100% and would absolutely return to complete any part of the fall clean up that was not satisfactory. Unfortunately the customer did not say anything to Fito nor did she call to let me know. However, because we truly do care about our customers and pride ourselves on this fact, I will personally call and/or email to schedule another cleanup at no charge to be done within 24 hours

When ever I called them with any questions or anything they would always get back to me right away, and are very prompt on returning any phone calls.

Like the prompt responce via email. And the lawn care.

My landscaping looked great when they finished, but three weeks later all the weeds grew back they removed perennial I did not want removed (I don't think they know there plants) I said something and all I got was "Ohh so sorry mame") and mulch is so toxic it killed everything but the weeds! Can't get tubler and bulb to sprout. I have a sprinkler system his crew cut throught one line and broke a head, said he would repair this but never did so I had to hire a sprinkler company and pay for this repair myself which cost me $75.00, for their damages no way would I hire them again.

While I can't comment on the mulch being toxic as this is the first time I've ever heard this comment from anyone, Fito actually went out there three times to attempt to fix the sprinkler. (In fact I even went with him once on a Sunday.) The piece he needed to buy just wasn't right and each time he tried a new piece it didn't fit. All of that being said, we are issuing a certificate of $75 that she can use for any landscaping service. In addition, Fito will apply a complimentary weed preventer. I wish Janet had not erased her original message that pointed out we even mowed her lawn for free when we did the work (Large lot!!) - Michell

Their customer service was great. There was always someone available to answer the phone or my emails to them and that is huge. I was able to schedule the appointment with ease and got an accurate estimate as to the price. The quality of work was good too. I will definitely use them again for any landscape need I have.
