They came to camera a blocked line. When they got there, I was told they could not camera it because it was blocked, but that was why I called them in the first place. I got a service call charge for that . They came back the next day because a different person does the rootering. So they tried to unblock it, to no avail. Another charge. They wanted to dig up the yard and replace broken pipe. This was done and yet there was still a blockage, so they snaked it again and finallly unblocked it. We feel they replaced pipe unneccessarily to the tune of $2200.00 I don't think they were forthright about this. We do not recommend them at all

It is unfortunate that this customer does not understand basic concepts when they are explained to her. We were called to camera her sewer line and found that the line could not be cameraed because it was clogged. We recommended attempting to clear the line so that it could then be cameraed. Attempting to clear her sewer line was not successful so we used a locator to find the spot od the restriction and gave her a flat cost to dig up that spot and clear the line, which the customer accepted. We spent a day digging up the line to find it clogged with roots and tampons that had been flushed. We completed the work as promised.

Fitch installed a ceiling fan in the living room, and three lights on the exterior of the house. I was very pleased with their work, and they worked very quickly. The guys were also super polite and friendly. After they were done installing the ceiling fan, they moved the furniture back in place and left no mess at all. Also, the price was much more reasonable than what I was quoted by another company I called. I highly recommend Fitch.

They are knowledgable and consistent in their communication skills. Their estimate is fair and their willingness to complete the project is great.

I called them on a Saturday. They promptly scheduled me in and fixed my water heater quickly. Service was exceptional.

The only complaint I have with the service was that the crew that came out to do the job arrived late, after lunch, and quit by 3:30. The next day another crew came to finish and were surprised that the previous crew had quit for the day so early when the job could have been completed in one day. We had been without water in the house for 5 days up to that point, so having to deal with another day was a hassle. Other than that, the service was very good and I would definitely use their company again for future needs.
