Project: Install a New Skylight
Very honest. One problem with a wrong component that was installed. When we pointed it out to the representative, they agreed with us, installed the correct component and they absorbed the additional cost. I highly recommend them.

Project: Repair Window Frames
Matt from Fitch came to our home to inspect our broken casement window crank system. He promptly sent us a quote for the price of the replacement parts from Andersen and instructed me on how to go about replacing the mechanism myself to save us some labor $.
