Mike called and left a message and I had a hard time getting back in touch with him. I left a couple of messages with no return call. I finally called a 3rd time and found him in the office, so customer service in the new customer area was a little lacking. However, I like the prices and the fact that they do not require a contract . They also could give us the services we needed without "attaching" other services (mowing or landscaping) to the fertilization. After only one day we could see the grass finally turning green. :)

They have NOT finished the aeration work. Did the front and side on 4/21 and were supposed to come back to do the back yard. Have NOT called to set up a date/time. I called them once and were informed they would come back when they have work in my area. Guess I don't count for having work in the area!

I had ordered aeration for my lawn and was informed that it would be done by the end of the week. They were very interested in selling me an on-going lawn maintenance program, which I agreed to try. The lawn maintenance was done promptly, I am still waiting 2 1/2 weeks later for the aeration. When I called three days ago to inquire about an ETA, I was told that they were very backed up, but that the service would be performed by the end of the week. We'll see!

Fit Turf was very professional. We just needed the lawn aerated but decided to go with their summer package. They even bought my fertilizer back from me and reduced the cost of service.

They came out as promised to fertilize my lawn. My grass is already looking better! Their first visit was reasonably priced but the payment doubles after that. They recommend 5-6 visits per year which would get quite expensive. I think they are worth using now and then, personally I cant afford to have them come out as often as they suggest.
