Upon completion of the inspection, we provide you with a computer software generated inspection report onsite, so you don’t have to wait for a report in the mail or try to read someone else’s sloppy handwriting. We make it easy & hassle free for you by quoting very competitive prices for our services based on the square footage and age of the home.  There are also extra inspections such as radon gas, mold, water and sewer tests available at your request.  We also include a pest inspection with every home inspection and do not charge extra for it.   ***We DO NOT preform Lead tests or Lead dust tests for reasons of extreme costs and state licensing.  If another inspector says they can preform Lead tests, ask to see their state license and call the licensing dept. for verification.  These tests typically cost between $350 - $550 and take several hours to complete above and beyond the standard home inspection.*** Our integrity and reputation are directly attached to the inspections performed - which is why 99% of my business is word of mouth and referral work as well as repeat clients and the other 1% is from advertising.  There is nothing more difficult to deal with than a company in any industry that cuts corners - especially when it comes to your home inspection.  There is no room for mistakes when a professional comes to your home and you depend on their knowledge, honesty, integrity, and professionalism for one of the largest investments in your life.
