Appt set up on a Fri, I waited at house and no one showed. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they were booked too closely on jobs & would be there in 1 1/2 hours. I had to leave & told them to just do the outside. It rained & the work was not done, but no one called to reschedule. On Mon I called to find out what happened and was immediately taken care of, apology was sincere, discount offered, on day of appt someone called to confirm they would be there. They were there on time & did a great job. I would try them again because they really tried (& did) fix the problem.
