The man came and my husband was home to help get the screens back in. I asked to get the screen washed, but that didn't happen. Not too concerned because we are due for some snow anyway. H e was fast and did a good job! See you in October depending on how dirty the windows get.

I am very pleased with this company. Their response time was excellent, charged a reasonable price, were efficient, courteous and friendly, worked diligently and got the job done faster than we expected. The windows are clear and beautiful. We had some challenging windows to do, too: lots of cathedral ceilings, so there was quite a lot of ladder work, and we had many windows that probably hadn't been cleaned in 15 years!

Good customer service, but my windows had a dirty film on them the next day. The man who cleaned the windows blamed it on rusty screens. So how come i was able to wipe it off with a paper towel?
