Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We contracted First State Home and Garden to remodel our main bathroom. This renovation required replacing the existing fixtures, walls, tub, vanity, lighting, and toilet. Brian and his crew worked around the clock for a little under four weeks to get this work done on time and under budget. We were thoroughly impressed with Brian's craftsmanship and keen attention to detail. The work is flawless and every aspect of the job was well thought-out. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire renovation. Brian and his crew worked hard to minimize clutter and dust around our house. I highly recommend 1st State Home & Garden!

First Stae Home and Garden rates my higest praise. Brian (owner) and his associates provided the highest quality of workmanship at a very reasonable price. They were prompt, friendly, considerate and courteous for the entire duration of the project (bathroom remodel). I will certainly recommend them to others and plan to use them in future projects of my own. It is rare these days to find such a combination of value, skill, and courtesy. Thanks guys.

Project: Hire a Handyman
I had the pleasure of working with Brian Gaskill this past week. I had a moldy closet that needed to be completely gutted and built back up. As soon as I put a request in on this site Brian called me so we could schedule a time for him (and his co-worker Christine Evans) to come out to the house to check out the job site. I had a good feeling about them from the start. I hired them for the job which Brian started a couple days later. There are too many details I am happy with I can’t even write them all down. The final product is awesome and I am amazed by how happy I am about a silly closet now. I will most definitely work with him again!

Brian responded immediately to our inquiry and was extremely knowledgable about our needs and the task at hand (removing and old mailbox post and installing a new one along with mounting our old mailbox on the new post. He did an excellent job, bring it in on time and on budget. I will use Brian again for work at our home and highly recommend him to all our friends.
