Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
Began with a smaller project in mind but because Doug's estimate was better than I expected I increased the scope of the project. He offered creative ideas for our landscape project that I had not thought of previously. His work was done in a timely manner and the end result is great! Very pleasant guy to work with. We are very pleased with his work. I will use Doug again for landscaping projects.

I had bought a foreclosed home and the yard was a mess. First Impressions did a great job cleaning it up! I would recommend this company.

Doug did an amazing job on my spring clean up. My yard was a disaster of sticks and leaves. Doug did a wonderful job of getting all the leaves out of the rocks and flower beds. My yard looks fantastic. He also did the job quickly.

My contractor is Doug, 1st Impressions Landscaping company. He completes the job, but delayed very much, I regret of not writing penalty charge in our contract for this kind of delay! Also I'm not satisfied with his arguments about some technical details, I admit I'm naive to that, and the point is that I'm not satisfied with the results. If you still want me to give him a score, I will give 2 stars.

Project: Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Overall, I'm very pleased with the results. The process was a bit bumpy as the project ocurred during the spring rainy season. I will say, Doug is a man of his word and he completed the project in the timeframe that we agreed upon --regardless of the weather. I would recommend him and his crew.

Project: Retaining Wall - Install
Doug was on time and very competitive in pricing. We had originally planned on taking a phased approach on completing our project but after he finished phase one we could not stop and we had him complete everything. All was done to our exact needs and the jobsite was left spotless. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an awesome job done well and on schedule. Doug was creative, understanding, and cooperative working with us. We were able to do exactly what we envisioned and at a fair price. I would recommend First Impression we are very happy with our new look to the home. Please contact Doug and ask him to share photos of his work. Our project will be one of many, we will be one of his clients who had the Pavor Patio instead of the Tek Patio.

He was delayed in starting due to his truck breaking down. He never called to let us know, we had to call him. The young guys he had working for him (he was not present on the site) left cigarette butts all over the place, which I have to now pick up. It is inconsiderate to smoke on other peoples property without their permission and even more inconsiderate to leave the butts in the yard.
