Extremely professional and knowledgeable project manager and crew. They kept in touch with me regarding every detail, offered advice and assisted with the paperwork, permits, and selection of materials. The quality of work is excellent and worth every penny. I would definitely do business with them again.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
I say Last Choice or no choice at all! My first clue that I was going to have a bad experience with should have come at the beginning. We had communication problems with Dominic when trying to obtain the proposal. After getting the proposal and signing the contract, Dominic was working on getting the permit. We wanted status updates on what was happening each day and there were days when we would leave messages and not get a response back yet. Finally, I called the village myself and they said they left message for Dominic and he didn't call them back either. When I asked Dominic about it, he gave me some fluffed up lie. That should have been my second red flag. Then they started the job but it took a lot longer than he told us it would. There were many details that he promised when he was at our house and then when we would come home, the exact opposite was done. Then they would have to spend more time correcting what they did. When I asked the installer why certain things would bought, he told me that Dominic buys all the materials and made him use these materials. Even the installer didn't think that he should use these materials, but Dominic told him too, so that is what he did. The communication was very poor. We wanted them to finish so bad so we can just get them out of our house and move on. After they finished and we paid them we found so many more problems (the island was not built correctly and was a potential hazard). We didn't want them to come back into the house to fix because they cut so many corners when doing the job we felt they would just make it worse if they had to fix. We asked them for credit so we can have it fixed and done right. But I actually got into an argument with Dominic and he insulted me. I'm working on trying to obtain contact of the owner of the company so maybe they can make right from all of Dominic's wrongs. I will keep you all posted if they do. 1/10/2011.

To Future Remodelers, Our names are Chuck and Sheila Brown and we recently hired First Choice Remodelers to renovate our bathroom. We would just like to tell you how wonderful the experience was. Dominic actually went shopping with us twice , giving us ideas and relaying his expertise and experience with certain products that made that experience very informative and enjoyable. Dominic was always there for any questions we might have had, and very quickly fixed the very few and minor problems we did have. We had ideas for a bathroom re-layout. First Choice and Dominic, Thomas, and Arthur made it happen. We communicated well. Dominic gave us guidance that was much appreciated. Turning fixtures around in a space that was designed to work differently was not easy. Once the demo started the crew arrived on-time and made the best of each day of work. Having your home remodeled can be stressful. Dominic was available by e-mail or phone to discuss our project and keep us informed. First Choice was worth the wait to get the project done. I will call First Choice again because of the good craftsmanship and honest communication. Great Job!

The job started late and is running long. Variety of issues. Cabinets not in when job started, so went without for several weeks. The tub buckles underfoot and water pools along the tile and must be wiped down after every shower to prevent mildew. The incorrect sink was installed and is still not fixed. Job price went over estimate 15%. Communication from the contractor was very poor and now not at all. Contract was signed 6-16-09 and the job is still not done.

I couldn't be happier with the workers and the remodeling job they did. The two men were on time every day. and the job they did was absolutely excellent. I have already recommended this company to a friend who plans to do some bathroom remodeling. My next project is in the wings and I look forward to working with First Choice again.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Met my expectations, on budget, and finished the project on time. I really enjoyed working with the company. My only issues were that it took a couple of months for them to start the project and I had a significant amount of clean up after the project was completed, but they did such a good job that I will call them again if I need more remodeling work done.

Dominic is vety professional and easy to work with on projects. He gets your requirements and sets a very competitive price and works with you. He sets the bar and overachieves as far as I am concerned. His work is exemplary! I would use his comapny again!
