The one thing that would make me hesitate to use them again was that they would only give us a 2-hour window of when they were going to arrive. This is a rental property which meant we had to go and sit and wait for them and then they arrived at the end of that 2-hour window. Installers should be able to do better than that. But their work was excellent and very professionally done.
