Kevin showed up on time and completed the repair of my pre-frabricated fireplace. His quote was significantly less expensive that the other guy that I spoke with. He took his time to adjust the final flame to my liking and seemed genuinely interested in making me satisfied. Highly recommended!

Jeff from Fireside came out and diagnosed the issue, very friendly and helpful. Determined the remote unit had gone bad and the valve unit also needed replacement.

The parts I received from the (3rd party) supplier were missing some of the correct-sized nuts/bolts/screws, and the plug on the unit was 3-prong instead of 2-prong, but the installer made it all work, nonetheless! Very resourceful.
