Very professional service. My first service did not expose a gas leak though and I had to have them come back. They did get it all squared away before selling my home.

Doug not only solved the problem with my old gas log stove, but cleaned it so well both inside and out that the stove purchased in 1994 looks brand new. His work was so meticulous, and the stove works so much better than it has in years that I've already recommended Fireside Design to two friends who are thinking of installing similar fireplace inserts and stoves in their homes at some future point. I also plan to hire Doug again for both maintenance, and for a fireplace insert I expect to install at a later date.

Doug is a great talent! He rebuilt our gas fireplace, it was a big job and it came out beautifully. Tile, ornate woodwork, paint, etc all was done perfectly, we have used the fireplace every day since.
