Brad was friendly, on time, explained each step of the process, put plastic around the area to confine the plaster dust, and cleaned up the whole area after completion of the work. I cannot tell where the the damaged area started and ended. Very good work. In fact, Brad found and corrected a loose drain connection in the exposed ceiling. Brad stays focused on the work until it is done. I will be referring Finishing Touch Restoration to my friends and family.

Person made appointment to come out, he was on time, gave me an estimate on costs which I thought was fair. Estimated how long it was going to take to do the project, his estimate was exact. explained what he was doing as he did the project. Job looked vantistic when he was done. Would use this person again if I had another project like this. Did a very good job cleaning up after himself. Thanks.
