Steve of Finer Concepts came out that same night and not only repaired shower door that was off the track, but took our master bath shower doors off, tightened screws and rehung them. I do recommend them.

Finer Concepts response to me was amazing from beginning to end. Carolyn kept me updated throughout the order process and was flexible when I needed to change the installation date. Steve determined the window was installed incorrectly which is what led to the break. The professionalism shown by both Carolyn and Steve was refreshing. I would highly recommend Finer Concepts for work that needed to be completed.
