the insulation was installed in a timely manner,the service people were very knowledgable and well informed,they did a excellent job and my home has never been this warm,i would recomend this company to anyone and allready have.

Fireclass is truly second to none, they did a phenomenal job, I get compliments all the time on how beautiful the fireplace stonework looks. The customer service was oustanding, I really did feel valued as customer. I would definitely recommend to all my friend and family as I know that they wouldn't be disappointed. Mike, Keith and Gene all made me feel like they wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied as a customer. Thanks Again!!

Friendly but still professional. He brought a ladder so we could change light bulbs in a ceiling fixture. UNFORTUNATELY, the fireplace worked for a couple of times and has broken again so we'll need to call you back...Probably next week
