It was a small repair; he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, scheduled a reture appointment for installation, and this was done and the appliance is working again!

Arthur Few provided service the same day I called. He worked with me to arange a 30 minute window so that I would not have to take off from work and wait as other service proders do. Arthur was able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same day. I highly recommend.
