Overall the fence looks good and matches the specifications we asked for. The installation was reasonably fast. There were some delays in picking up left over materials. The install team lead communicated with us, but there was no supervisory / management contact during installation.

The contractors broke my sprinkler system, causing an additional $500 repair and then denied any responsibility for their actions, citing the contract. Do not work with these contractors!

Kent was great to work with. He was timely and professional. The work was completed within a few days-very fast.

Would recommend them any time, Kent and Jim were great to get the project started and then their crew were very professional and did an amazing job.

The construction of our fense was excellent. The fense looks great. The only problem I had with Fence Me In was with the sub-contractor that tore down and removed the old fence. He left parts of the fence behind and generally left a big mess for my wife and I to clean up. After the fence was installed by others, he returned to haul away the unused materials and all debris caused by the new consturction. He only removed the unused materials. It took me several hours to clean up the mess and I had to take two pick-up loads of debris to the local landfill to complete making our new fence enjoyable. The contractor had promised to do this.

This dispute was a misunderstanding between the customer and the clean up crew. The customer compiled several shrubs and yard debris to accompany the excess lumber and trash from the fence installation/old fence tear down and haul away, for Fence Me In to remove. It is not customary for us to haul away additional yard shrubs and debris with the removal of trash and excess lumber during the clean up phase. We've since implemented a mandatory communication policy between clean up crew and management when items to be removed are in question. We strive for optimal customer satisfaction and will always work with a customer when concerns arise.

Fence Me In was a professional, courteous, talented and on point fence construction. They were merticulous in their work and the supervisors were continually on top of what was going on with the fence. We are extremely pleased with the job that we received.

If you're looking for someone to build you an amazing fence, these are the guys. We just had them finished a beautiful wooden fence for our home in a new neighborhood, and it looks fantastic. Beyond just looking great, we're extremely impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship. The installers were very professional, did an incredible job working with us to make sure every detail was correct and did an excellent job on the install. Kent did a great job moving us through the approval process with our HOA, and was responsive with his communication. Hopefully these guys will be very busy putting up some new fences for our neighbors.

Fence Me In came in well below other companies on price, but delivered excellent service and a great fence!
