Carl and his team installed a 16 camera system at a building I manage in East Orange, NJ. They came in on time and on budget and I'm very happy with the result. I appreciated the quick response after I submitted my request. The manager arrived EARLY to assess my installation needs (Loved That!). The installers arrived EARLY to complete the installation. They performed the work with care! I highly recommend Federal Surveillance.

Other than a minor appointment mix up, everything was great. The service was performed as described with no hidden or extra fees. The man who performed the work was friendly and polite. I would use this company again. It is very hard these days to find a good audio/visual company.

Project: Surveillance Cameras - Install or Repair

The overall experience with tihs company was good. The technician was experienced and the quality of his work was very good. We had 5 cameras, 1 DVR and a 19" monitor installed for outside surveillance. No isseus were encountered during or after installation, it was a smooth transition. It's worth noting however, for the price of the cameras, we felt the qulaity of the video should have been a lot better.... other than this, we are very much satisfied.
