Whenever I pointed something out that I thought he'd missed, he'd either have it down already or happily took a look. The entire process was smooth and we had the inspection report in our hands quickly. We asked for a few further clarifications in the written report and he refined the report quickly. My only (minor) issue: I wish Leo would pay someone to take his calls while he's on a job - he gets called a lot. He always handled calls very quickly, but some it was a bit disruptive.
