Excessive !!! Damage to carpet was totally unnecessary.

Mr Ken I. experienced a Category 3 loss in his basement. IICRC guidlines were followed and this is why the carpet and pad were removed.

we had 6" of water in our basement Christmas night. Our regular plumber was not available until the next day. We contacted FastPro and they were here that night pumping the water out for 3 hours. The team at FastPro came out within the time frame they promised. They were practical and thorough with the water removal in our home. We felt they were very informed about water removal and the subsequent damages that can occur. They set up the system and came to check on the progress every day for the six days of removal. While we had the inconvenience of the vacuum mats, blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers in our home, due to our own neglect, the FastPro team was courteous and professional. We would recommend them to anyone needing emergent water removal services.
