James was fast, easy to work with, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.

Maybe his is capable of small projects, but my large job didn't go welll. He was never on site and communication was horrible.

James (the owner) was timely, efficient and honest. The work was excellent. He did some last-minute add-on work at a very reasonable price. The only negative is that when I went to pay him, he didn't have a receipt book and said he'd e-mail me a final invoice for my records. Several days later, I called him to "remind" him I needed my receipt. He e-mailed an invoice a day later--with the wrong price and with no materials vs. labor itemization. I'm still awaiting a reply to my follow-up e-mail requesting a correct receipt. So, excellent drywall work--poor follow-up. The devil is in the details James

Hired James and crew to do finish work on my living room and entry way cathedral ceiling and walls. James was great to meet and understood the look I was going for in the house. He had his crew do a couple of patches showing different finishes so that i could choose the best one for the final texture. I'm now using them for the remainder of the finish work on the house and would highly recommend to anyone.

Poor drywall work and fair finishing. Not good value and no follow up for any issues after the fact.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from James, the owner, and the workers who removed the popcorn from my ceilings and painted them. The communication was excellent, the work impeccable, the workers were professional, courteous and friendly and the price was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The quality was good except that they put the dry wall mud on my plumbing behind my fridge and left quite a mess for me to clean up later. My biggest complaint was the owner James who was so very pleasant and nice to get my business and then when the promised timeframe of Saturday was not held to, (called him two or more times w/ no response) he blamed the pleasant electrician who was at the house EVERY day. Specifically told me to "Go somewhere else if you are not happy!" - yelled that at me and was very rude to me when I questioned the time frame that was promised. Very poor customer service and I won't use them every again.

never promised to do 9 rooms in three days frame lighting in kitchen and two bathrooms paint all ceilings and then add garage to the mix and complete in three days be real dont send movers in on friday when job was started on thursday we went out of are way to help just cant make everybody happy overtime not included in bid or working the weekend

james is very quick in responding and providing service and the quality of the job was excellent...i will recommend Fast Fix to anyone that needs drywall work!!
