$600.00 to put in a trap and fix leaky faucetts. Work was done very well problem was fixed but it seemed very expensive for what it was.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Simple fix. They were very responsive and arrived on time. Did job with not problems. Needed to move washed to get at problem. Although I'm over 70 and its difficult for me to move, the technician did not offer to do this. Job was expensive for easy fix.

Project: Install Interior Foundation Drains or Sump Pump
If there had been a Sump Pump in the house we had just bought, it would have saved us a lot of angst. After Hurricanes Irene and Lee came through, we knew we needed a Sump Pump. Farrell Brothers came quickly, even working in the rain to get the job done. They sought our input and complied with our preferences as to area of flow and length of outlet hose. We were shown how it worked, and are pleased with the speed of water removal.

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
The person who came over to do the estimated was very professional, the person who installed the unit was a different person all together, this person installed the unit properly and in a timely manner, but as fare as clean up he failed to do, he pick up most of the trash but failed to sweep the floor after leaving pieces of electrical wiring and metal shells from the air hammering.
