Overall the work for the price paid was adequate. I did have a few concerns regarding the work, and requested someone to call me to discuss this. It has been over 3 weeks, and I have still not received a return call.. Customer service /service after the sale is lacking with this company.

Fast decent installation. Price was in the ballpark for what I expected for premiuim windows. I was expecting before and after photos and a sign in the front yard that was supposed to be conditions for a discount, they did not happen. If it was not that important to them it makes me wonder if I left some money on the table.

They came out in the cold and the snow and worked very hard to complete the project to the best of their ability. Will return when the snow melts to finish the gutters.

contractor figured out the best to get on top of patio roof,without getting on patio,this was a concern for me,looks good now to see how this works, cleaned up all of mess too, very pro.in introducing self to us too.
