From the beginning, the owner was professional, courteous, knowledgable. He arrived promptly, had an example of the window he would install and answered all my questions. He advised me on areas I hadn't yet considered. He was the first to give me an estimate and left me with a written propsal. The material arrived as scheduled. The installer was on time both days he was there. Answered any questions I asked. He cleaned up every scrap each day and never took a break! The installation of the windows is beautiful. My house looks wonderful. I highly recommend Ted and Family Pride Contractors. Eileen Mizerk, homeowner

Ted was very courteous, as well as his crew, and he went the extra mile. I have an overhang from the second floor and it had some water damage. He was the only person that said he would repair that and put insulation and siding in that spot for no extra charge. They were very neat, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. Most important, the siding looks great !!

We had a great experience with Family Pride. Ted was very professional and helpful. Pricing was reasonable. Installation of 9 windows, 2 entry doors, and 2 storm doors was completed in 2 days, as Ted had estimated. When we noticed one of the storm doors was rubbing against the frame, I called Ted to let him know. Ted had the installer come back to fix in a timely manner. We did not like the gridding on our front windows, which was no fault of Ted's, but he was helpful in looking into a decent cost of replacing the window sashs with his window rep. We were very happy with Family Pride and plan to use them again.

I have nothing but SUPERLATIVES to describe the work performed by Family Pride Contractors. We chose them for our Window and Siding installation. Totally professional management, nothing pushed on us. The workmen were congenial and very hard workers, finishing the entire job not only on time but in a most professional manner. There was never any mess for us to clean up at the end of the day or at the completion of the job. I would definitely recommend them (and I have already as people stopped to admire our siding)and would not hesitate to utilize their services again for any other projects we need completed. We did a vinyl siding replacement with new windows and aluminum for facia, soffit, and other wood wrap. Very professional job. Flexible and patient with us while we were selecting colors and style. Good recommendations. Not pushy. Installers did a nice job.

I hired Family Pride for windows, siding, and gutters. Overall, I was very happy with Ted and his crew. They were very professional and efficient at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Family Pride to anyone.
