Project: Repair a Tile Roof

Bill was very friendly and polite. He accepted the job in March. Each week he promised to complete the job, however he neglected to do the job. He was very busy all the time when we spoke on the phone. Finally, we set up a day and time. He showed up at my home in the evening hour between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. to complete the job, I guess. We advised him that we would meet him in the rear of the home. He never showed. I called his cell phone, and he said at that time, he was not going to do the job, that I needed to find someone. I think this was very unprofessional having me wait this long time to back out of the job without any explantation.

They did a great job on our bathroom. There was a slight miscommunication on some additional work that was needed on the project, but they were willing to work with us on the additional cost and met us halfway on this cost. Nice guy, and definitely knows what he's doing and did a wonderful job for us.
