I had a problem with the installers not cleaning up after themselves. I told the owner and he got them back out to fix it. All in all I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall very happy with appearance and a good quality install job of carpet and vinyl flooring for a treasured rental. Responsive to phone and email inquiries and quick to give an estimate that was time-sensitive. Borrowed vinyl samples to compare on site. Addressed all our questions and potential concerns. Would use them again.

This was my first experience with Family Carpet and Draperies. I had them install carpet in a rental condo. I have no complaints with their work. Their price was competitive; we scheduled the work a few weeks before it was needed; they showed up on time and completed the job. What more do you need?

Professional people, good price and quality work. A 24X26 average bedroom carpet with 1/2 inch pad cost $680.00 parts and labor including removal of old carpet from the premise.

We are pleased about the service we received. There were some defects in some of the laminate floor boards caused in the manufacturing process. Family Carpet & Draperies worked diligently to obtain additional product that we were satisfied with and performed the necessary labor to replace the damaged pieces at no additional cost to us. With the shutters also purchased from them our dining room is complete and looks great!
