Dennis was great I wanted him to look at my RO system however when he go to the house my wife was there and so she let him fixed the water softner and not the RO system. By the time my wife called me to let me know what had happen Dennis was half way home. I called him on his cell phone and he did a u turn and came back. That was very professional and kind of him.

Service was OK. Was charged more that I was quoted. Called to ask why and no return call was received.

This was an elderly gentleman that we quoted the price of the job (changing filters on his undersink drinking water system) over the phone. When we got on site he asked if we could also change a filter on his refrigerator(he did not mention this previously). We charged him $12.00 for the filter (our cost) and no additional labor. He never called us...

I had been almost scammed by other people selling inferior products. Had straight filters which after testing, only took out the bad taste but the parts per million were pretty much the same as tap. Dennis has different systems for all budgets. I highly recommend this service to anyone lost about where to go. There are a lot of scams in this industry and this is the honest one.
