Ricardo came out and helped us find a way to take over a partially completed job by a roofer that had abandoned the job earlier. He kindly pointed out work that needed to be re-done and what needed to be done to finish it. Although his crew missed a few details, Ricardo was diligent about coming back out to finish up. The overall experience was satisfying. We are pleased with their timeliness, cost and quality.

EMERGENCY REPAIR. THE COMPANY'S REP SAID THEY WOULD COME RIGHT AWAY. SHOWED UP 4 HOURS LATER. IN THE MEAN TIME THE RAIN DID ANOTHER $1,000 OF DAMAGE TO THE WALLS AND HARDWOOD FLOORS. YET WAS CHARGED THE EMERGENCY RATE FOR THE TEMPORARY INCOMPLETE REPAIR
(THE ROOF STILL LEAKED)

They didn't start the job when they said they would. I had to call them to remind them. It was very expensive but we thought we'd be paying more for quality which was important to us. Unfortunately, it didn't make it through the first big rain; it's already leaking.

Spent quite a bit of time going over what will be included in the re-roof and also pointed out what may be potential prolems with the existing asphalt shingle roof and offered to include free of charge fixes to existing shingle roof as part of the re-roof price of the flat roof. The re-roof takes 1 and 1/2 days. On the second day I showed up at the site, and the roofers were almost done with the new roof, but did not know they were supposed to seal all pipe jack flashings, ridge and nail with polyurethane on the existing shingle roof, until I pointed out they were incldued in the contract. They applied those fixes.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I selected Falcon Roofing based upon price and on my overall positive impression of their ability to perform the change in roofline and several other repairs and maintenance items required. All of the contractors that bid on the job seemed very qualified.
Falcon completed the job promptly, on schedule, left the site as though no one had been working there, and to top if off were very pleasant to deal with – especially the estimator and office person. Of course it hasn’t rained yet, so we really haven’t had the final test, but based on their performance so far I would not expect any problems. At this point, five stars -without question.

You might want to ask me again in about a week as they just started work today & should be finished by end of 7/16/10. So far they spent one 3hr session & two 2hr sessions with me prior to my decision--so, so far I have been impressed. Will write more later after project is completed
