The only drawback was that the man told me he'd be here at 3:00 p.m. and didn't get here until closer to 7:00 p.m. I think he just told me what he thought I wanted to hear in order to get the job, knowing I would have other professionals calling too.

I was very pleased with the service and work done by this company. They took the time to explain what the problem was and how they would go about fixing. I was surprised to see not even the rain stopped them from doing the job on my A/C which was on the roof of my townhouse.

Fast quality service...Great prices and dependable work. Their prices were much better than the other 4 contractors I spoke to and offered better brands of A/C at great prices. Ready to work and did a professional job. They took extra time to make sure it was done right!!!! AAA+++++ Service.

In less than an hour, he and his team checked the compressor, air handler and thermostat and found the thermostat was defective, they replaced it and the house was cooling off again. also they cleaned the filter and added coolant to the compressor. The only negative was their arrival was 1/2 hour past stated time. Other than that they were on their game.
