When I was obtaining estimates for waterproofing my basement Mitch demonstrated not only his knowledge and expertise on the subject, but also his interest in providing the best solution for my specific problem. It was a pleasure dealing with such an honest businessman. The crew he sent to do the work was extremely thorough and did an excellent job on both the construction and the clean-up. I couldn’t be happier.

Mitch Fadely was very easy to deal with and we believed he had our best interest in mind with his advice on the issue and how to fis it. The professional he sent to do the work was excellent. Explained everything he was doing and why. Left everything in excellent condition and did the work on time and expeditiously. The work they did seems to have resolved the problem.

Fadely construction gave me a no nonsense price up front. The crew came to my home and installed a sump pump and drainage in my crawlspace. No easy job, they left my home clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this company.

Fadely construction was wonderful for the most part. The work on the waterproofing is exceptional!! I would recomment them to anyone having water and flooding problems. The workers were professional and courteous. I also had a window replaced. The window that they measured and ordered came in too small and it was too late to reorder. Now I have window that is significantly smaller than the other four. Not too happy about that.
