Work was done very nicely with the only exception being they did not clean HAND PRINTS AND FIRGER PRINTS AND CAULK FROM the outside surface of six picture windows on the third floor. I will need to hire someone to clean the windows. Suggestion...make sure the windows are clean before installing them, especially if they are upper floor picture windows.

James and his helper came out on a Friday morning and were finished with 10 window install in 2.5 hours. Answered all my questions, very nice, cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased. Great windows. Can't stiop looking at them.

Windows look good. Not sure I'd recommend them though considering what it took to get them. However, if you've got lots of patience, the price is fair and the work is adequate.

They had a problem with the crew assigned to us, possible a health issue. The project manager left it to someone else to call us. The day they were supposed to come, no one showed up. We had to keep calling. We finally called Service Magic and they got things rolling so we could get the project completed. They got the work done in one day & did a very good job.

Michael was great at explaining the windows game and outbid the other bids I had received. His double lifetime warranty is awesome and his install crew is top shelf. The only issue so far is one of the wondow screens doesn't work quite right but I am confident Michael will handle it.

They were great the windows look great and are completely functioning. The only complaint I have is with there estimators and one of the owners. The owner had to come out to the house during installation because of a mistake the estimator made. I didn't like how the owner tried to tell me that they couldn't do what was contracted to do on my bay window, but we came to an understanding that there is no such thing as can't when it comes to construction. They are a great company though and with great prices.
