Mr. facio showed up to do the tree work with his children and his wife. They proceeded to eat their lunch on the lawn, then started to prepare to work. The kids were doing the work. I asked him to leave until he could get prorper help. He said, he had insurance and I should not worry about his children. I said, i did not hire kids and he had to leave. He said, he would come back the next day with two workers. He did not come back the next day. I phoned and he promised he would come the next day. He did not show up. I hired another company and they did the work on Tuesday. He called me on wednesday and said he was going to file a
