He came across arrogant and rude. He never came at the time he said he would and was late.  He promised the down payment was a going to be a handshake, then the nextime he came, he wanted money. It wasn't until we showed him the contract that he "remembered" our agreement. He promised the windows would be done by early August 2007 by latest. It took him until early September to complete and we had to constantly call him to push the job along. On top of that, he also ordered the wrong size window and took a long time to come and install it once he had gotten the correct one. He should have been a used car salesman.

Mr. Faber was insistent to sign the contract to begin work instead of allowing me the convenience of getting several bids together.  Took a chance on hiring him since he guaranteed that his seamless gutters were of better quality than the others.  Upon later inspection he used inferior hangers to install gutters and had to call him back because gutters were improperly angled to allow water drainage.  Needed to have one downspout strapped to house, but has failed to return to do this simple task to date.  Also did not notify me when workers would begin work on house so I could be there.
