Brian did an awesome job! Not only did he provide me with excellent service but provided me with tips to help my AC more efficiently. He informed me of the rebate program offered for the AC service. I will definitely use this company again for any air conditioning needs.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Hard to get hold of, didn't have the filter on truck to fit my unit. Said he would be back the following Tues. or Weds. Didn't show up then, so I called him Weds morning and said I would be home all day and evening. Never returned my call. Came back 1/4/2010 and replaced filter. Said he would be here at 3:30, did'nt get here till 4:30.
