Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
He ruined my newly sodded lawn - I now have to have it re-graded and resodded. Had to call him bad to just have him remove the grass from the lawn and driveway. Turned off my irrigation and almost ruined the grass he did not already ruin. Will be contacting legal.

The work was done as required. However, either his vehicle or the riding lawn mower, or possibly the weed whacker dripped oil quite badly on various parts of our blacktop driveway. I have already contacted Fernando regarding this issue. I feel confident there will be no more problems like this. On the second arrival of Mr. Vasquez, his partner was driving a farm tractor. Given the landscaping that we have here, it is quite impossibnle to get the weeds near the trees. The last mowing job was shotty. His partner while using the farm tractor broke a railing on my ramp.
