I had exterior paint work performed on my house (cedar wood). They were very pleasant people to work with. The sales person showed up on the minute; he acted professional and answered all my questions. Project manager was professional as well. He was responsive and timely with ALL transactions. He was very accommodating to my schedule. Their carpenter made a walk-through with me to identify all the rotted wood requiring to be replaced, I had too many; he was not pushy at all to replace as many as he wanted. If your house requires too many wood to be replaced and if you wish to be part of the decision making process, make a stand alone appointment with their carpenter just for the wood replacement. Of course do not do this if you have a handful as they would lose for all the effort they have to go through just for a handful wood replacement. They cleaned the property well before they left. As I write in all my reviews, I believe the customer has more responsibility than the contractor on how the works turns out. Customer needs to know the details of what they expect and also understand the details of what the contractors are willing to offer/do for the money they quote. I strongly recommend combined Fred with F&P for house exterior painting.

Everything worked out great and the price was competitive. Everyone was friendly and professional. All of our many questions were answered & we never felt rushed or like we were bothering them. The exterior of our house was painted & our wood privacy fence was stained. An excellent job was done on both. Once completed, a walk through was done & we were allowed plenty of time to look at everything. We were then encouraged to call with any additional issues we may find. We found a few minor things & they were completed without question. They genuinely wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend

They lived up to their promise of on time performance and quality work. They started on the exact day they promised us and completed the job to perfection. They cleaned up all the areas they had messed and were of the most professionalism. They were very nice and did a true quality and beautiful job. We were very happy and will use them again.
