Project: Repair or Weld a Wrought Iron Fence
It took a little time to catch up with these folks and I had to call to remind them to fix our fence, but once I did, they were out right away. Sometimes it's more difficult to find someone to do minor repairs than it is for big stuff, so I appreciated them coming out for a small fix.

Project: Fabricate Sheet Metal (Ducts, Hoods, Ornamental, etc.)
I was happy to learn they could get me the needed sheet metal one day after I ordered it. The original quote seemed fair. When I went to pick up the metal, they realized that they got the product for cheaper than they had quoted. Instead of pocketing the money, they passed the savings on to me, saving me hundreds of dollars. These guys are great, I hope to do business with them in the future.
