We first contacted service master seeking a concrete professional, we were contacted by three contractors. We selected Leone & Son Cement Contracting, Inc. Emidio Leone was professional, courteous and offered competitive prices. We took several weeks to make our decision, the only contractor who followed up through e-mail and phone calls was Leone & Sons. Once the project began Emidio offered additional professional opinions (which were needed) those ideas made the project, and my family much happier.  Needless to say, we are very pleased with the craftsmanship. Once the patio was completed (on time) the clean up was better than expected.

What can I say: it was a great experience. I was very pleasantly surprised. I do a lot of work with industrial contractors and can honestly say this guy was every bit as professional and courteous as the best I've worked with over the years. The guy is a pro. <br /> <br />Got the bids right on time, he was low bid by a good margin. Originally had me scheduled for 6 weeks out but he got an opening and did the job about 5 weeks early. Wife is ecstatic. Job looks great and he did a little extra work for a very, very reasonable price. They came when he said and when he was running a couple hours late he called and let me know. <br /> <br />They kept the job site very neat and wiped down the concrete spills on the siding right away. The job was a little tricky cuz they had to work around existing concrete, the side of the house, existing patio etc. and they blended it all together very well. Very conscientous. He did all the right things to not p**S me off. All in all a very good experience. <br /> <br />P.S. The whole Service Magic experience went surpisingly well. I have to admit with my previous contractor experince I was a bit skeptical about getting prices from "The Internet". I submitted my job on a Tuesday and by Friday I had three bids from contractors that had actually looked at the site and the job. Awesome!! Again great, painless experience.
