Work was done when expexted and as expected. I enjoyed working with a small business that was receptive to my ideas and who gave helpful suggestions at a fair price.

Excellent experience. Mike went out of his way to make sure everything was done the way we wanted it and in a timely manner. The price was more than fair and the work done was better than we expected. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to put in a home entertainment system.

The company was professional and on time for both visits. My receiver had to be replaced after the service, which may have had nothing to do with the service. However, I did not receive a call back the last time I tried to contact him.

How old was your receiver? 5 years 10 years? electronics go bad and if you returned my calls I would have happily done a free service call for you and that offer still stands... Everything went very nicely, install went well, efficient, timely, good about communication.

They were timely, efficient,skilled, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and sensitive to the customer's needs with the system. I would use them for all my electronic needs, and I certainly recommend them highly to others.

After an inital missed appointment for which he apologized and offerred us a discount, Mike handled the work exactly as promised. We were satisfied with his price and his work.

I loved Mike and Zac they were very professional and friendly. They were quick to contact me and was ready to put up my tv and stereo that same day. I thought this was awesome service bc my tv and music is important to me and I was eager to have them put in place. These gentlemen came out to give me an estimate and was ready to go to work after my quote. I didnt have to wait. They even went on to help me bit further due to a small situation that aroused. I was missing a bracket at the time and they promise me to come back and finish when I get the part. I have contacted them since their departure and they were good at responding. I luv them!

I have not had the install yet but Mike was very professional and came in at a very reasonable price. I am anxious to see the finish product.

Mike was the best. First, his estimate was significantly lower than competitiors. He called back immediately and arrived exactly on-time. He cleaned up and explained the system. I recommed him without reservation.
