Though Mr. Stroud was on another job when I contacted him, he still promised to come though it was late in the day. He called beforehand to let us know he was on the way so we knew when to expect him. He did a fine job, was very professional and reasonable. I plan to use him in the future when we need plumbing work done. Diane G.

I received very prompt service. He provided great service... fixed my water heater problem in nothing flat. Will use him again with any plumbing issues. The price was reasonable.

Bill was terrific to deal with. He always showed up when he promised and always communicated with me when he was supposed to. He was very knowledgeable, his price was reasonable and the final cost was exactly what he quoted. He also worked very neatly. We are very happy and will recommend him whenever asked.

Mr Bill Stroud was very professional. The job was completed in less than 1 hour. The water was leaking at the back of the tub handles. He fixed the problem and we were very pleased with the price and the work.

I spoke to Bill about my problem and it was something very simple that I fixed myself with his advice. Other plumbers were going to charge me to come out and fix this simple thing. I was really impressed with his advice and will call with any future plumbing needs.
