Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround
A contract was signed in early July for a one day project to be completed prior to the end of August.. To date, the project has not even begun and all I have received from the owner (Ray) are: 1) communication only when he is called (and I am still waiting for a return call from 2 days ago), and then 2) excuses why the project has not begun. Should the project be done, I will be happy to revise my evaluation, but as of now the company (and the owner) have not come close to meeting my expectations.

Extreme Bathovers, LLC provided excellent service and the cleanliness of their work was also excellent. I had a bathtub resurfacing and it came out very nice, just like new and not a drop of pain on the floor or any other surface.

They were prompt in replying, set accurate expectations, were timely and stayed in contact when a change in schedule occurred. The repair was flawless.....you cannot tell the damage was ever there! Positive, helpful, courteous and very neat to boot! What more could I ask for? We are extremely happy with the work, the finished result and the great customer experience. Yes, I woud definitely recommend them.
