Project: Clean Up Job-site after Construction
I worked with Cena over the phone to set up the appt and she was awesome. Project has not started yet so can't say how the quality is right now but if it's anything like their customer service, I am sure they will be great. Will report back when project is complete

Nice couple but poor cleaning job. Staircases were not vacuumed microwave not cleaned... glass shower door still dirty.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Did a good job but could have spent a little more time cleaning the shower. Still had some mildew around the shower door when they were done. Also, dining room chairs were still dusty. But over all the floors and appliances, counter tops, etc. looked pretty good.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
They missed some dusting and didn't mop laundry room like asked. My sons room had not been fully dusted. As long as I have had my house cleaned they have always made the beds if they were not made and I had to go back and make all beds except the one I had them change sheets on. I was just a little disappointed, but maybe that's something I have to tell them to do.

We always ask our customers to do a walk though to make sure the customer is happy. We do have a bed making charge which we did not add to your bill for the one bed. We do need to know if you want beds made and we have no problem with doing so.

They did a deep clean for us after some renovations. They are very nice and professional. They did a great job on our blinds and cabinets. Missed a few things like ceiling fans and light fixtures, under fridge, etc.
