Came right away and were very helpful. Nice staff and went above the call of duty. Very reasonable on price! Hope I won't need them but if I have any other problems I would definitely call them again!

My furnace went off in the middle of a cold night. I contacted ServiceMagic the next morning and quickly received a call from Extraordin-Air. They came promptly by 11:00 AM and were able to make the necessary repair with a replacement part they had on their truck. I thought their charge was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with their service.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
They were very professional and thorough when dealing wih them face-to-face. I did have to wait a week for the part for my heater (expected) and was told by the rep I would be kept informed but I eventually had to call them back several times myself. I felt left in the dark for the week. But when the part came in, they were right on top of it.
